We are seeking leaders in several areas including:

Sales Account Manager: Execute sales strategy, initiate contact with existing and potential customers, identify their needs and sell appropriate services to meet those needs.

Enhancement Crew Leader: Ensures effective management of enhancement crew production routes, coordination of different services, and provides leadership of enhancement labor crews in a timely, proactive, and efficient manner. Executes work plans that ensure client expectations are met or exceeded. Includes communication with account managers and clients, and determining priorization of duties.

Design/Build Crew Leader: Ensures the production of quality work quickly at every job site. Executes work plans that ensure client expectations are met or exceeded while working with and providing leadership to a Design/Build crew.

Irrigation Technician: Ensures quick execution of quality work in selling, installing, servicing, and maintaining irrigation services for client properties by meeting or exceeding client expectations. Supervises, trains, instructs, and directs the work for either an installation or service irrigation crew.

Turf Technician: Provides proper application of applicable treatments related to various turf types and conditions, meeting production quotas and making full use of upsell opportunities.

Turf Technician Trainee: Assists in the proper application of applicable treatments realted to various turf types and conditions.

Assistant Crew Leader: Follows guidance from crew leader quickly and with quality. Has the leadership to step into the role of a Crew Leader in the absence or when asked.
